Amanda was one of Quantum’s first employees, joining in 2001, having previously worked at SBJ Benefit Consultants (now part of Capita) and Tesco Pension Trustees.
With over 25 years’ industry experience, Amanda is responsible for providing investment advice to several key clients. Amanda’s expertise spans both DB and DC clients. She prides herself on delivering innovative and pro-active advice and has extensive experience of working on a range of clients of different sizes and complexities. Recent work has included research into cash flow driven investments and de-risking strategies for DB schemes.
Amanda has a focus on integrated risk management and works closely with the Scheme Actuary and Covenant Assessor to deliver holistic integrated investment strategies to clients.
Amanda is a graduate in European Policy, a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and holds the Diploma in Financial Planning from the CII. She is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority for the provision of investment advice.
In her spare time Amanda has worked as an examiner for the Pensions Management Institute and as an adviser for The Pensions Advisory Service. She currently sits on the Regulation Committee for the Pensions Management Institute, overseeing the professional standards of the Institute.
