Stuart joined Quantum in December 2004 having previously worked for Hewitt in Cardiff and Bristol where he was the Client Manager and Consultant for a mixture of Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension arrangements.

Stuart holds a Scheme Actuary certificate and has over 20 years’ experience of dealing with clients who have both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension arrangements. During his time at Quantum, Stuart has carried out a number of liability management exercises (Enhanced Transfer Values and Pension Increase Exchange) for corporate bodies.

Stuart has recently extended his expertise in assisting employers to meet their auto-enrolment obligations.
