It is National Payroll Week 4-8 September. Quantum Advisory provides an ISO 9001 accredited pensioner payroll service to scheme members on behalf of Trustees. In addition, we continue to renew our AAF 01/20 accreditation for our pension administration services and related Information technology controls and are proud to confirm we receive no exceptions.
Quantum’s pensioner payroll services team comprises five dedicated individuals with a wealth of experience and skills who have worked for the Firm for a combined total of thirty-three years; additional support and knowledge is provided from across our wider Finance department.
The team works in conjunction with the Pension Administration team; we believe this joined-up approach improves the overall service we provide to our clients. We endeavour to provide the human touch to pensioner payroll so that members feel at ease whenever they make contact.
Together, both teams deliver the following:-
- End to end pensioner payroll, i.e. we run everything including Year End processing & sending of P60’s
- HMRC reconciliations and communications
- Trustees need little/no input regarding the pension payroll
- Each Scheme is treated as a separate payroll
- Members given direct contact telephone & email addresses for queries
- All payrolls have stringent checking processes to ensure correctness
- All Payslips & P60’s can be accessed via Benefit Options (online) if the Scheme is signed up to this service.
And, here are the numbers……
- In a typical month we process around 15,000 pensioner payments
- The largest scheme we process has c.2,600 member payments a month.
