Independent financial services consultancy, Quantum Advisory, has been announced as a finalist in this year’s Welsh Business Awards. Quantum has been shortlisted in the commitment to customer service category along with three other finalists with the winner being announced at the black tie gala dinner on 23 February at National Museum Cardiff.
Quantum, which has its headquarters in St Mellons, Cardiff, is the only financial services company in Wales that provides the full range of pensions and related services all under one roof. The award entry focuses on the design and implementation of its updated web-based online member platform “Benefit Options” which helps members to better understand their pension and the benefits that they receive from being a member of their corporate pension scheme. It allows 24/7 access to personal pension information for all members, as well as informing them about their best options and, ultimately, producing a better financial outcome for members when they retire.
