Phil joined Quantum in 2010 and is based in our London office. He was previously a senior consultant based in the London office of Buck Consultants at Xerox.

He has over 25 years’ experience in pensions, the last 15 years of which have been spent providing consultancy advice and client management and secretarial services to a range of pension schemes, including UK registered and UK branches of overseas banking organisations. Prior to this he was involved in the delivery of administration services to trust-based pension schemes.

His extensive pensions experience covers trust and contract-based schemes and includes the co-ordination and delivery of employee benefit related services and strategic advice to a portfolio of clients.

Phil is an Associate of the Pensions Management Institute (APMI) and holds the Diploma in Personal Financial Planning (DipPFS).

Within Quantum, Phil has responsibility for reviewing and developing the Firm’s defined contribution administration and consultancy services offering.
